This page explains what happens with your data when you visit sluiver.com. It covers this website only. Apps made by Sluiver have their own privacy policies.

Who is responsible

Sluiver is responsible for this website. You can reach us at hello@sluiver.com.

What we collect, and why

Website analytics (only if you accept)

With your permission we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and which device and browser they use. This helps us improve the site. Google Analytics only loads after you press “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, nothing is loaded and nothing is sent to Google Analytics. The legal basis is your consent; you can withdraw it at any time (see below). Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards Google provides.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect them against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address and browser details. This is necessary to run the site (legitimate interest).

Fonts

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser therefore sends your IP address to Google so the fonts can be delivered.

Email

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply, and keep it as long as needed for that conversation. Incoming mail is forwarded to our inbox by Cloudflare Email Routing.

Cookies

We only set optional cookies if you accept them. Currently that means analytics:

Your choice itself is remembered in your browser’s local storage (key sluiver-consent), so we don’t ask again on every visit. That is not a tracking cookie.

Change your cookie choice

You can change your mind at any time. Declining removes any analytics cookies we set.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy of it, and you can object to processing or withdraw your consent. Email hello@sluiver.com and we will respond within one month. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can also complain to your data protection authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

If this page changes in a meaningful way we will update the date at the top. If a change affects analytics, we will ask for your choice again.
